How large is the animal? We house our young ones in appropriately sized critter keepers (can find them at any pet store) and move them up, as they get bigger. Remember you do not want to make the cage to large or they will have a harder time finding food and water. I highly suggest housing your animals separately. They will be healthier and grow far faster due to the lack of competition.
