Yeah, my pet store sells 1000 for $30, but it takes a week to get them in.... :( That can be kind of a pain. I was hoping to find somewhere that sold a variety of things, like butterworms too.
Well I just kep looking.

:Check reptile clubs in your area. I'm sure there are a few people with them. I'm in Edmonton, and can think of at least 3 people I could get bugs from.
:And if you think $50 is bad...try trippling that or better, in American funds, just for shipping. Then tack on inspection on both sides.
:The fact is just that shipping is expensive inside the country, simply because there are fewer companies = fewer options.

:So check out a local society. Ask on the Canadian forum if you can't find them otherwise, someone will help you out.
