Para-Zap isn't really a med. it is all natural and fights parasites and can prevent them from even starting if you don't have them already. You are suppose to treat them once a month with it. You can also use it to increase the appetite too. Haven't you ever heard of Para-Zap? It works great!! I will try other foods, but last time I tried something new eg. mealworms he didn't touch it at all. Even fresh fruit.
I'll try some different things though.

: RhacsRsweet gave you good advice that you should listen to. I also would like to add that you should not be giving any meds to your gecko at this point. It has only been 5 days, which is nothing to a reptile. The use of medications can sometimes do more harm then good. They can really take a lot out on them (like sever dehydration), only use meds as a last resort. Like RhacsRsweet said, increase your temps a bit, and try some new food items. Your male just may be bored with what you’re feeding him, which sometimes happens.
