Cresties are great for recruiting future herpers. This last weekend I baby-sat four boys ages 3,6,10,12. I have 3 horn lizards, 2 garter snakes, and of course 2 Cresties guess what was the favorite. Yup, the Cresties. I think it had to do with the fact they are friendly enough to hold and so cute. They were also fascinated with how their skin and toes feel.

Also if you decide to try and breed your Cresties and you make your friends into herpers you will have a ready-made market. LOL
