I spook with someone else and they said that their reptile vet said to use mineral oil and prunes to clear an impaction (not my vet) though my vet didn't say anything either about it being is serious or harmful (I wonder why?). I know that it is harmful if they get it in their nose, but I didn't..... but I won't give him mineral oil anymore just to be sure. I don't want to hurt the little guy. There is papertowel in the bottom, not substrate.
I didn't 'not' listen to you guys, I did use apricot as well.
Sorry if I came across that way. I appreciate your advice too. I guess I just assumed it would be okay because another vet used it. Sorry....and just to be sure I won't use it anymore.

Thanks for all your help!
