If you are interested in greater egg production, pairs would be the best way to go. I know that this might not be possible with the amout of cresteds you breed, but, if kept in pairs, R. ciliatus will produce many more eggs than in any other ratio. My crested collection takes up about 60% of my gecko room since I only keep them in pairs. I've tried 1.2 +, but females tend to lose some weight during the breeding season. Like Mike, I get about 12-14 clutches per female. I also dose all of my females with NeoCalglucon (liquid gold!).
