White runny poop!

I haven't seen any good poops in my 8 month male crested's terrarium lately. It is white and has this clear runny stuff too. Should I call my vet? I thought maybe he was dehyradted or it could be the baby food. Should I stop with the baby food for a while? I had a fecal exam not to long ago and everything was fine. Any answers would be great.
