QUESTION ABOUT BREEDING DWARFS, 100% HET FOR ALBINO?

First, thanks for everyone's help before...I tend to have a lot of questions (thanks Brain S.) : )

I'm thinking of purchasing 2 100% het for albino Dwarf retics. My questions are simple:

1) How large would the female and male Dwarf retics have to be for breeding?
2) In reference to the first question, how old would they have to be?
3) I believe 25% of the litter should be albinos...right?
