Is it me, or do they not 'glow' like the normal albinos??


No it is not you. A lot of breeders wait to post pictures until after the snakes have had their first shed. Cindy was kind enough to allow this to be posted right after they hatched. They should shed in the next week or so and they'll probably look quite a bit different than these first pictures.
