Is she literally always peeling or periodically peeling. My turts seem to go thru growth spurts when they shed their old skin and that is OK.

:My turtle is out of her little winter nap and in the water all the time. My only questions are these: is it okay if after she spends the whole day swimming, she doesn't bask or anything, she just buries herself in the bark unti the next day? and the second question is, she's always peeling. Do I have to help her along with this or will she just do it herself?
