heh...I can give you a few north american ones that are rearfanged but you would never guess it...hognose as mentioned before, lyres(more obvious than those that will follow), ringnecks, and snakes of the genus Tantilla. The two latter snakes are mostly invertebrate feeders and if you had asked me this just from looks, I would tell you they are just regular colubrid snakes with no rearfangs, much like earth snakes. Not exactly great pet candidates but are available quite often(in the case of ringnecks you can catch them). Andy
