I'm not 100% sure about taiwans, but from some other snakes i've bred, here's what happens:

The male will usually put its tail under the female's tail, and the male will start doing these little jerks every couple seconds to every couple minutes. Sometimes, they'll do this for 4-6 hours (more or less).

Sometimes, the male will even bite the female's head, holding her steady.....

Anyway, even if it is a pair and even if they are breeding, it doesn't guarantee they'll be succesful.

: my post about my Taiwans. And I was hoping you could help me with some other questions? Does anyone have any pics of Taiwans breeding or know where I could find some? My dad called me at work and told me that my taiwans were breeding. (I put both my "males" together to see what would happen) He wasn't totally sure, but my question is this: If two males are in the same tank and one really wants to breed would the other one let him? I just would like to know if they were just intertwined or if I actually have a male and female. Thanks so much for all your help!!!
