...about the color and stoutness. I'm starting a program with E. emoryi and have already noticed the stoutness of this form compared to E. guttata, as well as the differences in clutch size and size of eggs. I like how each unique area has a form that's somewhat different from those of other areas. I really like the Emory's rats. The ones from the periphery of the species' range are really cool little snakes.
