Cool snake, Walter. It looks like pink-eyed dilute mice. I've heard that pink-eyed dilutes have popped up in a number of species of mammals, but this could be a first in snakes. BTW, in mice, pink-eyed dilute is recessive to the normal allele and is not an allele of albino. Best of luck to you and your buddy getting it to breed. BTW, you guys ought to get a picture to Bern Bechtel.
