...I purchased her species unknown from a local pet store [one that gets its herps from local breeders, usually on consignment] and found out that it had been bred by the owner of the local petting zoo, who apparently has quite a few snakes.
I have no idea what the adults will look like. I've never seen or heard of this cross before - given the beauty of the "cremesicle" corn snakes [emoryi x guttata] I'm hoping that the emoryi will intensify the natural yellows of the quadrivittata...but I'm talking out my hat. No idea whatsoever.
Oh, and the hatchlings are quite aggressive. No big surprise there. Mine had to be force-fed for four months before she finally condescended to eat on her own, but someone else I know got one and it was a fine eater, right up until she got out. :(
