I assume you did this to increase the humidity. The easiest thing to do (I think, I could be wrong) would be to mist the enclosure (and snake) or soak the snake in a separate container. If the shed is still incomplete, soak the snake in lukewarm water for 20-30 mins and then let it run through your hands or a wet paper towel and all the skin should come right off.
The old skin shouldn't hurt her at all, but I wouldn't let it stay on her this time. As a point of caution, snakes sometimes like to soak in their water bowls to cool off. Putting the water in the area of a heat source negates this ability. Also, when soaking, only use enough water to maybe just reach the snake's back. You don't want to drown her ;)!
