I'd say that it is almost certainly an obsoleta x guttata. Probably E.o.o. or E.o.spiloides crossed with an anerythristic guttata. The blotches are too evenly shaped and regular for a pure obsoleta. The description of the belly also supports the likelihood of some guttata background.
