Transpecos breeding size/age

I have a two year old female transpecos that is about 30-32 inches long. How large and old are the females recommended to be before attempting to breed? She has been brumated. I also acquired an adult male about 36 inches long, but he was a petshop animal and unlikely he was brumated. Do male transpecos need a brumation period to successfully breed?
