: Hi Mike,
: She is beautiful. It is too bad that you didn't handle them more. Zeus is so sweet since I handle him a couple of times a day. I would hate to have him get nasty on me.
: Your Mandarin rat snake has such beautiful color & markings. Are they easy snakes to keep?
: You know I wanted to ask you about misting. Do you think Zeus needs to be misted?
: Hugs
: Kim

Kim,
He doesn't need to be misted, but you can if you like. Just don't get the substrate all wet.
Mandarin Ratsnakes; yes, I'd say they're easy. As long as they are C.B. and if you keep them cool enough. I have a trio that I'll be breeding next year. Think you might be interested? They should be more affordable next year, also.
For the sake of conversation; what's on your snake "wish list"? I'd love to get some cave dwelling ratsnakes. A friend breeds a lot of the S.E. Asian ratsnakes. He just bought a pair of yearling caves, I'll probably do a little trading with him when they reproduce for him.
