Davidson, NC (30 min north of Charlotte) E. o. obsoleta. 22" juvenile.

Same snake, different camera.


I was walking some trails when a jogger passed me from behind. He proceeded to step right over this snake (about 10 yards in front of me) and never even came close to seeing it, right in the middle of the trail. He did the cool little crinkle thing (the snake).
