My milk doesnt yet try to get out. He spends most of his time in the hide and comes out at night. But the rat snake, as soon as I open the lid he is out of his hide and on his way out of the cage!! Loves to be out and about. Imagine how funny that looked, my wife sittin on the can, scared to death to move!! I was rolling!! Funny as hell!

: I got an e-mail a couple weeks ago from a friend who was feeding his snakes and he decided to go back in the rodent room to get another rodent for a snake he was going to feed. Gone about 30 seconds and the snake made an escape. Glad you (your wife) found him.
