I have 2.1 9' beauties!! They are LTCs and pretty "tame" as far as Spilotes go. They are ravenous feeders and rival Taiwan Beauties as far as growth rates go. You'll need large cages eventually. I keep mine in a 5'x5'x4' cage and they really like a large hide box - seems as per so many other snakes the added security eases the attitude! Mine are being cycled now at 70F w/no humidity for 60 days - then up to 85F or so w/85% humidity. They'll eat anything that has hair and crawls or feathers! Wild caught adults are horrendously aggressive, parasitized as all get out etc. so if getting imports, try to get juveniles as you'll give less blood taming them down - lol. Bill
