: Hi guys, : If you read my earlier posting on this subject, you'd have heard about the screw-up that occurred about my order. : Anyway, I managed to locate the e-mail address of their Director of Communications, Ms Carolyn Brown, and wrote to her for help. I'm happy to inform that they responded immediately and offered me a replacement through upgraded air-mail or a refund.
