I have had the same results with my pair as Jarret. Mine were 4 feet long at a year old, and are now 20 months and very close to six feet. My female has outpaced my male slightly though but they are nearly identical. Both have thick girth and are as big or bigger around as some of my biggest kingsnakes.

: I posted a Q about maximum sizes before. Now I'm asking how long yours grew in the first year specifically. Also, I still need info on recommended cage size and dimensions. I thought of building something kinda squarish, so that a lot of the usable space could be arboreal. I understand they love to climb. Do you think this is a good idea?
