Thermostat Question

I am setting up a new enclosure for some rat snakes that I will be getting soon and I need to pick up a thermostat. I was wondering if I could get some input on what kind you all would recomend/prefer. I usually use the basic kind but was thinking about getting something nicer this time around. Possibly digital.
