There's two people I'd recommend. Bill Gillingham of Great Valley Serpentarium and Winding Creek Reptiles. I have a trio of mandarins that will hopefully breed this spring. (I didn't get mine from either of the two breeders I mentioned) Great Valley has nice looking mandarins, excellant prices, and the best service you can imagine. I just bought a trio of Royal Diadem Ratsnakes from them yesterday! I've never dealt with or spoken to Winding Creek but the mandarins they have pictured are awesome!!!
