Hiya Steve,
She is fine... I have separated her and she is eating well... Just seemed a little p*ssed off at having him jump on her :)
She has calmed down an awful lot too lateley, just open the viv door and she's there wanting to come out.
I spoke with Deb about the other two females but I'm afraid it's no go. Too much expense ( Getting married in April ) and too little room going on at the moment. Sorry mate.
: Hiya Steve,
: How is the little girl?
: As said, autumn mating can happen. Also, 60 degrees at night is a little low, better in the mid to high sixties, as it can be enough to set the males off with mating behaviour. The female's old enough to breed - as long as her bodyweight etc. is up to it and she's been eating well. You just won't get as many eggs as if you wait a year...
: Still got the other two females if you get the urge :) Can't find a male for love nor money.
