How do you breed Black Rats.

I have two male,1 female black rat that have been in captivity for some time now. I would like to breed them this coming year. Should i start to brumate them? What temp?How long? I have ahd snakes for the past five years, had over 100 species in that time, and am finally going to try to breed the greates rat snake in all the world !!!!1
