I brumate mine at temps ranging between 45 to 50 deg's C. Knowing how warm your snakeroom usually is, 55 to 60 deg's is quite cool for "Philip". I think it will do okay. Anything higher than 60, I'd say would be too warm, and that the snake would probably not brumate fully at such a high temp.
