I have a pair of young adults that I purchased as hatchlings from Mark Bell. I keep them at room
temperature as I do my other Elaphe (guttata, situla, longissima). They don't seem any more difficult than other ratsnakes. I haven't yet tried to breed them but hope to in the future.
