Hi Ophidiophile - Thanks for introducing some of the bloodlines of the Chinese dione's. I think that dione's and bimacs are very good Asian snakes for hobbyiests and should be alot more common in collections. I am just as guilty in thinking an Asian rat snake will be difficult to care for and require a great deal of work. Some do; but, this doesn't seem to be the case for dione's and bimacs. Good luck
