1. Go to webshots, get an account, and create new album - all pretty simple tasks and they guide you through it.

2. Once you have an album, click on the button "My Albums" - the GUI for uploading pics will be there in the center of the screen. You can browse your computer through their tool, select the .jpg image and click upload. During busy times it can take a few minutes, or sometimes time out, but most of the time the upload time is pretty quick.

3. Now, the pic will be in the album. Click on the pic- it will be displayed larger but fitted to your screen. Right-mouse click on the pic and go to Properties.. copy the URL address that is in the Properties. That is the address you put in the Optional Image URL box on this forum when submitting a post.

My instructions are from memory and may not be to a T, but the order of operations is correct.
