Looking for info on Thai bamboo ratsnake

Anybody have any info.
Temprament.
Easy to keep?
Where can I find one?
I just saw one on a web page linked to the python forum. Wow those beasties are kinda cool looking.
I would appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction.
Likewise on the chineese bamboo rat. Not quite as cool but still neat looking.
