I've never had a fox snake, so take this advice with that in mind...
I have never had a colubrid refuse thawed pinks. A few wild-caught juvies (kings) refused the first attempt, but I let them go hungry for another 2 days or so, and they ate the thawed pinks up. I fed these in a deli cup, and left the thawed pink in there with the snake undisturbed for a few hours. Give it a try. From what I hear, fox snakes are as easy as any rat snake. The fact that it is wildcaught accounts for its initial stubbornness on thawed pinks. I bet it overcomes that stubbornness after a few more tries. Good luck.
