Haven't got any at the current time but people I know with them tend to keep them similarly to their radiata, helena etc.
78-84 degrees with a nighttime drop and they like a bit of humidity but not to the extent of a gonyosoma or similar. Any CB animals I've seen feed readily enough and they don't seem to have any major problems associated with them.
They can get up to 5-6 feet but stay slim and very fast. Only thing they don't like is getting too cool - need to keep them up around 80 degrees.
For breeding - dropping their night time temps to the sixties for a few weeks is usually enough to get them mating.
