if it is internal bleeding, he needs veterinary care before he loses any more blood
clean him carefully (and his cage too) to see if it's from rubbing his snout
i had a turtle who was attacked by raccoons (they managed to pry open my outdoor pen)
he kept bleeding from his nostrils, and we had to have him put down in the end because there was no wayh to treat the internal trauma in the turt without inflicting more...
a snake may have better luck
