Cave-dwelling rat refusing food.

He's a yearling and has been eating baby rats and fuzzy mice, thawed or live, he doesn't care. Or didn't, until a couple of months ago. Now he won't eat a thing. He strikes defensively, but will not eat, even boxed.

Has anyone else had this problem with their taeniura? What should I do? Normally I wait and the problem resolves itself, but he seems intent on outwaiting me. While he is not losing weight, he is not growing like he was.
