taiwan beauty rat size?

um i have been asking people for a while now how big would a normal size taiwan beauty rat be if i got one some people say oh they get 9 feet they get 8-9 and 7-8 and all else if i were to get one either sex if one gets bigger than the other how big will it get???????not the record or anthing.!but just curios what is the record?
