Yes, bimaculata are related to situla. Along with several others, they are usually called the "Miniature Eurasian Ratsnakes". I think they make a close-knit genetic line. Leopards are about the same size, and behave a lot like twin-spots. They also have very similar habits, and are almost identical to care for. Here's a pic of my striped female situla...
