That's what I did with my WC Bulls and it seems to help the snake get used

: Get a leather glove or gardening glove or whatever. Put your hand in as a fist and let the snake bite the fingers for a bit until you don't feel the urge to pull back. Then start with your hand in the glove and let it bite your gloved hand. Wear the gloves while handling the snake -- it is amazing the difference they make psychologicaly. Then, once you have lost that reflex, you can ditch the gloves.
