A few more questions about the White Oaks Rat Snake

Hi. Like I said in an earlier post, I am into boids and buying a Rat Snake will be a first for me. What makes a White Oaks Rat snake any better or worst than other Grey Rat Snakes? How did they get the name "White Oaks"? Is their care any different from other Rat Snakes? (a friend of mine has a yellow rat snake) Is it true that White Oaks Rat Snakes love to climb? Any info I can get would be great. I have lots of snake books, but none of them say anything specifically about White Oaks Rat Snakes. Most of my books are boid related anyways. Thanks!
