New to ratsnakes, need some help

At my local pet store they have what they are calling a "White Oaks Ratsnake". They cannot give me a scientific name or any other common names. It is a very nice little snake at a good price, but I'd like to get some info before I buy. The snake itself is light grey with darker grey markings, simmilar in pattern to a regular corn snake. Please give me a scientific name if possible, so I can do a bit of research. I only own pythons, and a ratsnake seem like it would make a nice addition, expecially this little cutie. Thanks!
