I believe radiata usually has some kind of pattern laterally below the lateral lines, as well as the helena that I kept had a pattern going on in that area also. Well, he's always had the little black dashes between the lateral lines and the edges of the ventrals, and so have all the E. radiata I've seen pictures of... it's the somewhat faint line, below any of the dashes and actually on the ventral scales, that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before, and that I've not heard mention of on other E. radiata... *shrug*
