Yes, she is. She can be a bit shy about hands moving around near her head, and will sometimes tail-rattle at me when I'm opening her cage, but she's never struck at me and her sitting calmly coiled on my arm (or neck/shoulders, though that's harder for me to take a picture of) is her normal way of passing the time once I've gotten her out. She's captive-bred, which I think explains most of the difference between her behavior and what I've heard can be more typical for these guys.
