Beauty Snakes Revisited

I've got my eye on some CB Yunan beauties. I have a few questions, before I make any decisions though. If handled regularly, should a cb baby become docile (I've heard contrasting opinions on beauty snake temperament)? I know Yunans tend to be smaller, so approximately what size/how much should it be fed weekly as an adult? Thanks for any help you can provide.
