I need help getting SERIOUS

Its time for me to construct a heating system. I went to HOME DEPOT and they had no clue what heat tape is, so I guess I need to know where to get some, and directions on how to put an undertank heater together with heat tape. I have tin that I can use for over/under the tape, but please guide me, or send me a link.
