If you want a big colubrid then the Taiwean is definitely the one to go for off your list - tho' I know black rats can get pretty big.
Taiwans are pretty much the biggest ratsnake there is on average (though I know others get big too) - I currently have an 8-9 foot male who seems to be still growing!
Temperament wise they are nippy hatchlings but get tame with handling - mine are incredibly placid adults. Husbandry is easy - no special requirements other than a big viv. Not sure about gallons but it would need to be about 4x2x2 feet for an adult at the least.
These guys are active in the day, amazing display animals and incredible to handle - very strong and quick. I'd recommend them if you've got the space. Don't cost too much either...
