If you want to know if they are fertile then candle your eggs with a penlight. Turn off the lights in the room and hold a penlight up against the shell and you should see veins. Remember that for every 1-2 degrees difference in ideal temp can increase/decrease the number of days it takes to hatch. If at 82 degrees it takes 60 days then at 80 expect 67 days or more. I use to keep corn eggs at 80 degrees and it would take 67-68 days to hatch. Dimpling near the end of incubation is normal but dimpling early is an indicator of not enough humidity. You can increase humidity by simply using a piece of wax paper and making a couple holes slashes in it for air exchange and loosely laying it over the eggs. Works great. If eggs show veins then just be patient and wait it out.
