They don't need any high humidity or misting. Russian rats are usually good feeders but seem to like smaller food items than other ratsnakes of similar size. Feeding once a week is fine - if they're taking what you're offering them then they'll be okay.
They also benefit from a quite long brumation - three or even four months - though you may decide not to winter them this year as neonates.
