It may be your "long-term captive" is showing what wc Goynos typically show - toughness to keep! Keep her at about 84F w/a wooden cocatiel nest box elevated for her to hide in. Have lots of fake plants for hiding/security as these are immensly secretive snakes. I would get another fecal done asap as its been my experience (I've been breeding them to what this year will be the F3 generation) they are really tough to "clean-up" as far as parasites go. Goynos respond to fast moving prey - try thawed mice on long tongs - "jump" them erratically a few inches from her face - or,if offering live mice" provoke the mouse to jump - I've had them grab them mid-air! Also, Goynos can be intimidated by adult mice - most of my adults do better on hopper sized mice.
My cb Goynos refused mice left on the bottom of the cage - but wolfed those left up in the fake plants = try a thawed hopper this way as well..also, I recommend putting a towel in front of her cage for at least a week - eliminate ALL disturbances etc. - seems to accelerate the acclimitization process - hope this helps..Bill.
